Larry D. Mullins, P.E.
Mr. Mullins is a civil engineering graduate of West Virginia University and Georgia-registered professional engineer. He has more than 25 years experience in a wide range of earth science-related projects. He has completed graduate courses in the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Consulting Engineers Council.

Mr. Mullins's traditional geotechnical experience includes foundation design studies and construction inspection services for industrial plants, high and low rise buildings, dams, landfills, and dock and port facilities. He has prepared corrective action plans and directed remedial activities including excavation and disposal, in-situ bioremediation, impervious caps, and groundwater pump & treat projects.

L. Loring Pitts II, Ph.D
Dr. Pitts is a senior risk assessment consultant and specialist in toxicology, statistics, environmental chemistry, and data validation. Holding a Ph.D. in comparative and experimental pathology from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine and a bachelor of science in chemistry from Georgia Tech, Dr. Pitts has over 35 years experience in environmental, hazardous/solid waste, radiological, health care, pollution control, petrochemical and clinical laboratory engagements.

His experience includes 16 years as an industrial and chemical toxicologist, 5 years as a research industrial toxicologist, 9 years in occupational health and safety, and 12 years as a toxicology consultant. His analytical clinical experience includes 32 years of biological and environmental sample analysis, and involvement with gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and laboratory quality assurance.

Thomas W. Watson, P.G.
Mr. Watson has more than 30 years experience in the field of geology and ground water, including 16 years with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GDNR). He is a licensed professional geologist in Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. He obtained a bachelor of science in geology from Ohio State University in 1965, and a master of science in geophysical sciences from Georgia Tech in 1987, specializing in groundwater hydrology.

While working for the state of Georgia he completed regional groundwater studies, publishing results for public use on resource availability and quality. He also was involved in monitoring hazardous waste landfills and reviewing Part B permit applications under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). During his career in the private sector he has consulted on a variety of projects in municipal solid waste, real estate assessments, hazardous materials spill sites, water resources, etc.
