Mr. Mullins is a civil engineering graduate of West Virginia University and Georgia-registered professional engineer. He has more than 25 years experience in a wide range of earth science-related projects. He has completed graduate courses in the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Consulting Engineers Council.
Mr. Mullins's traditional geotechnical experience includes foundation design studies and construction inspection services for industrial plants, high and low rise buildings, dams, landfills, and dock and port facilities. He has prepared corrective action plans and directed remedial activities including excavation and disposal, in-situ bioremediation, impervious caps, and groundwater pump & treat projects. |
